Two Vehicle Crash on I-94 East of Valley City

The North Dakota Highway Patrol said a semi rear-ended a truck hauling lumber. Amazingly no one was seriously injured in the crash. Photos submitted to NewsDakota.com by a witness at the scene. More details about the crash are attached below in the news release.

The North Dakota Highway Patrol reports that a 2022 Freightliner towing a reefer trailer  was operated by 59 year old Andre Lapchin, of Laval, Quebec –he was not injured, neither was his passenger 64 yr old  Victor Kuzmitsky, also of Laval, Quebec.

A 2006 Chevrolet Silverado, driven by 59 year old Michael Steinke of Hope, ND, was towing a 20 ft flatbed trailer.
