James Robert Samuels, 34, killed in rear-end crash into tractor trailer on Main Street in Mandan, North Dakota

UPDATE: Fatal Accident at Intersection of Main Street and Twin City Drive Posted: Updated: North Dakota Highway Patrol releases the name of a Mandan driver who died following Friday's crash on Main Street. The crash happened at the intersection of Main Street and Twin City Drive. Highway patrol says Samuels rear ended a Freightliner and suffered fatal injuries in the crash. He was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash. No one in the Freightliner was injured.
