On October 15 at 1:02am a Chevrolet, driven by Sawyer Harmel, was southbound on 33rd Ave NE, in Rugby, ND. At the intersection with 66th St NE, the Chevrolet drove onto the southbound shoulder, overcorrected, failed to negotiate the intersection, entered the south ditch, rolled, and came to rest facing east.
