Bruce McCloud, 50, Middleport, was pronounced dead at the scene of the head-on crash on State Route 7 near Middleport, officials say. The Gallipolis Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol responded to the crash around 2:30 p.m. on Thursday near the intersection of Hobson Drive.
