Two people suffer minor injuries, after a car, driven by an intoxicated driver, leaves a I-471 off-ramp in Cincinnati and strikes a homeless man sleeping under a bridge.

A homeless man was hit by a car that ran off the ramp from I-471 to I-71 early Friday morning.
Cincinnati police say a driver, later identified as Robert Harvey, 23, veered off the ramp, ran down an embankment and hit a bridge.
A homeless man, identified as Fred Dier, 36, was sleeping under that bridge was hit by the car but was not seriously injured. Police Lt. Tim Brown told The Cincinnati Enquirer that it was "a miracle" that the man wasn't more seriously injured or killed.
Officers say the driver ran from the scene and was caught several blocks away on Reading Road.
The driver also had only minor injuries, despite heavy damage to the car.
Investigators say it appears alcohol played a role in the crash.
The car was towed from the scene and all lanes were reopened about two hours after the crash.
