A Kia Spectra crossed the median of the road into the opposite lanes of traffic, hitting a minivan and another car directly behind the minivan. The Kia flipped over and landed on its side.
The driver of the Kia, Christopher Gusky, 43, of Elyria, was not wearing a safety belt. He died as a result of his injuries.
