Westlake fire officials say one of the fireworks boxes overturned, firing into the crowd minutes after the show began around 10 p.m.
Crocker Park officials posted the following information around 10:50 p.m. on their Facebook page: "Event update: The fireworks incident is under investigation. We will share more details as soon as they become available."
