The truck was carrying car parts heading for the nearby Honda plant.
Jeffrey McCullough, 44, apparently drifted left of center into the path of an oncoming semi on Ohio 119 in Shelby County at around 9:30 am. McCullough was the sole occupant of the vehicle and was killed in the crash. The semi-truck driver, Mark Wolf, 53, of Mansfield, Ohio was not injured in the crash.
