Troopers say a 2007 Sterling truck had become disabled along I-70 westbound in Harmony Township because of an equipment failure. A 2021 Subaru Ascent, driven by 54-year-old Michael W. Stevenson of Westerville, struck the right rear of the truck and then traveled off the right side of the highway.
