73-year-old woman dies after 2-vehicle crash near Spring Valley
Joyce Bolton was traveling west on Roxanna New Burlington Road in a 1999 Jeep Cherokee when she collided with a 2014 Honda Civic driven by 58-year-old Andrew Harbison of Franklin. He was traveling south on Cornstalk Road and failed to yield from a stop sign, according to the Xenia Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
