The Ohio State Highway Patrol says Naylen Fonseca, 24, of Fayette, OH was behind the wheel of a semi hauling commercials vehicles, headed eastbound on U.S. 20. Another semi, driven by Roberto Hernandez, 30, of California, pulled out in front of him.
