OHP: 2 people dead after crash just south of Stroud
On Tuesday, officials responded to a crash at Highway 99 and 910 Road. According to officials, the car experienced a tire blowout, causing the car to lose control. The car departed the roadway and hit a tree. OHP said the driver of the vehicle was pinned for approximately three hours.
