OHP says a semi-truck driven by Arthur L. Setzer, 49, was traveling north on Highway 81 when an SUV driven by Javier Ocampo-Ojeda, 61, was traveling west on Northwest 192nd Street and attempted to cross the highway before being struck by the semi-truck.
