Two killed Friday in crashes on Oklahoma roadways

Two people were killed Friday in crashes on Oklahoma roadways, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported.
Kitchens was heading south on U.S. Highway 69 in Wagoner County at 7:24 a.m. Friday when he drove off the right side of the road and struck a culvert. Kitchens’ vehicle was launched into the air and turned over twice before landing on its top. Kitchens was ejected from the vehicle and landed 60 feet away. He was sent to Estar Hospital in Muskogee, where he was later pronounced dead from a head injury.
