Sheryl Smith, 58, of Tulsa was driving south in the 1100 block of Elm Place near Kenosha Street at about 4:45 a.m. when her silver Lincoln went left of center and struck a northbound Dodge Dart head-on, Sgt. Thomas Cooper said.
