After White’s vehicle went off the right side of the road, she overcorrected and the vehicle went into a broad slide, causing it to depart the roadway to the left, the patrol reports. The vehicle struck a ditch and rolled over on its roof.

Though both passengers were wearing their seatbelts, the air bags were not equipped to deploy. White was dead at the scene, but the 11-year-old boy has already been released from the hospital.
