A news release Saturday said Pamela Vanworth, 58, of Klamath Falls, was driving a 2004 Scion XB southbound at a very high rate of speed, passing multiple vehicles. She lost control and entered the oncoming lane, colliding with an Oregon Department of Transportation incident response truck.
