Fatal Pedestrian Crash on Hwy 42 Near Landers Lane in Douglas County
Preliminary investigation determined a 2007 Lincoln sedan operated by 76 year old CLAUDE F. STUMP of Roseburg was westbound on Hwy 42 when his vehicle struck the pedestrian, 57 year old TAMI LEE CAIRNS of Roseburg who was in the lane of travel and there was no cross walk.
