25-year-old charged with manslaughter and assault in ATV hit-and-run
Wohl and Ellison's friend told deputies she was driving in front of them toward Banshee Hill when another ATV passed her, according to the affidavit. After that, the lights from Wohl's ATV went dark, she told deputies.
She turned around and found Wohl and Ellison lying on the sand, with two men and a woman standing near them. When the friend got out of her ATV, they turned and ran away, the affidavit said.
