One injured in a rear-end collision on Northeast Stephens Street in Roseburg, Oregon

A Roseburg Police report said just after 4:20 p.m. officers responded to the 1400 block of Northeast Stephens Street. A driver told officers his pickup crashed into the back of a sedan while that vehicle was waiting as a light. The second driver was transported to CHI Mercy Medical Center for reported neck pain.
