Preliminary investigation revealed a 1984 Chevy Pickup, operated by Christopher Jeremy COSTA, age 23, of Astoria, was northbound when, for unknown reasons, crossed the center line and struck a southbound 2001 Toyota Camry, operated by Kayla Lynn WEBER, age 27, of Seaside, head-on.
