Investigators determined that Graham was attempting to make a left turn from the eastbound lanes of U.S. 26 onto Stone Road, Sgt. Bryan White, spokesman, said in a news release. Her 2000 Honda Accord turned in front of a Toyota 4Runner, driven by David McGraw, 25 of Portland.
