A driver and a child are dead, and a second child is in the hospital after a crash in Clackamas County on Sunday evening, sheriff’s deputies said. Shortly after 5 p.m. someone called 911 to report seeing smoke coming from a pickup that had crashed down an embankment in the 29000 block of South Dryland Road.
