Woman dies after hit by truck in Lake Oswego
Investigators said Vicky Stroh of Lake Oswego was crossing Highway 217 in a crosswalk when she was hit by the vehicle. She was wearing headphones at the time and may not have heard the truck coming, according to officer Jim Wolf with the Tigard Police Department.
