Oregon State Police investigating fatal Highway 22 motorcycle crash
The victim has been identified as 43-year-old James Rudolph Osredkar, of Sheridan. OSP are seeking a person of interest, 22-year-old Michala Ann Brown, who last lived in McMinnville.
