“If there’s anyone who may have been in the area any time this evening, may have noticed anything out of place that seems suspicious, we ask they call Washington County dispatch. Any witness we could find would be great,” said Tualatin Police Captain Greg Pickering.

Police said that passerby then found the motorcycle’s rider, identified as 33-year-old Omar Ramirez-Lopez, of Tualatin. The motorcycle was the only vehicle involved.
