Hermiston man killed in crash on Hwy 207

HERMISTON, Ore. – A Hermiston man died after a crash in Umatilla County Saturday, police said. The driver of the commercial truck that struck Cox was identified as Harvey Hass, 62, of Umatilla. Cox was taken in an ambulance to Good Shepherd Hospital where he was pronounced deceased, Fugate said. He was identified as Jerome Price, 30, of Hermiston. The section of highway where the crash occurred was closed for nearly 3 hours while crews worked to remove both vehicles and investigators gathered clues at the scene.
