A school bus has overturned in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.Chopper 6 over the scene shows 'Lehigh University' on the side of the bus.The accident happened shortly before 6:00 p.m. Tuesday on Route 22 near the Schoenersville Road exit in Hanover Township.

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) —  State police have released the name of the driver whose sedan struck a Lehigh University bus, which caused the bus to roll over several times before coming to rest on its roof. Roof to road, the Lehigh University bus toppled on route 22 and inside were the university’s men’s and women’s crew teams and the bus driver. Sigley, age 28, was pronounced dead on the scene and was reportedly ejected from the vehicle. Witnesses say he was driving at a very high rate of speed Tuesday evening. He’s now being identified as Rodney Dale Sigley, Jr. of Quakertown.

Trooper Marc Allen said 28-year-old Rodney Sigley Jr., of Bethlehem, had been pulled over Tuesday for following too closely and had no license so he gave the trooper his name and birthdate. Allen says when the trooper went back to his car to run the information, Sigley drove off.
