Man killed in motorcycle crash on Washington Pike

Officials with the Allegheny County Medical Examiner's Office said Haggerty died of head and neck injuries.

Roger Haggerty, 52, crashed in the 3300 block of Washington Pike at 12:54 a.m. He was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics.
A Canonsburg man was killed in a motorcycle crash in South Fayette early this morning. Roger Haggerty, 52, crashed in the 3300 block of Washington Pike at 12:54 a.m. He was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics. The Allegheny County medical examiner‘‍s office said Haggerty died of blunt force trauma to the head and neck. The death was ruled an accident.
