Eight-four-year-old Virginia Andrako suffered severe injuries in the crash and was rushed to the emergency room at Monongahela Valley Hospital. She died while hospital workers were preparing to transport her to another hospital in Pittsburgh.

Virginia Andrako was a passenger in a Tri-County Access vehicle that struck a utility pole in the 1100 block of Donner Avenue at about 4 p.m., Washington County Coroner Tim Warco said.
