One lane of the Parkway West reopened six hours after a tractor-trailer driver was killed in a rollover crash Monday morning. The medical examiner was called to a crash that closed the westbound lanes of Interstate 376 in Moon Township. The accident happened at 9:42 a.m. in the westbound lanes of Interstate 376 between the Montour Run onramp and the Moon Exit. State police said the driver of a GMC Terrain lost control in the right lane and struck the passenger side of a tractor-trailer in the center lane.
