Arrest made after 19-year-old pedestrian dies in Washington County hit-and-run
Justin Gilbert, 19, of Washington, was struck by an eastbound vehicle on West Chestnut Street in Canton Township at about 4 a.m., the coroner's office said.

State police say 40-year-old Jessica Vanderlee was the one who hit and killed Gilbert and then left the scene. She was charged with accidents involving death or personal injury and failing to stop, give information or render aid.
