A car traveling south crossed the median and hit a northbound vehicle near mile marker 3 in Perry Township at about 5:20 a.m., the Greene County coroner said.

Marian J. Grabowski, 68, of North Carolina, died after driving across the grassy median near milemarker 3 and crashing into a northbound vehicle, Greene County Coroner Gene Rush said in a news release.
