A man was killed in Franklin County when his car went airborne in a crash on Route 30, according to state police.
A man was killed in Franklin County when his car went airborne in a crash on Route 30, according to state police. Pedro Ramirez Serrano, 30, of Fayetteville, was closely following another car "at a high rate of speed" around 5:35 p.m. Monday in the left westbound lane through Greene Township, according to state police news release. Ramierez Serrano tried to pass the car, but clipped the passenger-side rear bumper, according to state police. Ramirez Serrano's Nissan Rouge "went into the air and did a 180 degree turn," according to the news release. It landed on top of the guardrail, killing Ramirez Serrano, who was not wearing a seatbelt, according to police. The other driver was not injured, police said.
