Driver died following a collision between a car and a pickup truck on U.S. 178 in Saluda County, South Carolina

At about 10 p.m. on June 26, the Nissan was driving east on U.S. 178 when it collided with a westbound 2014 Chevrolet pickup, according to Tidwell. After the crash, both vehicles ran off the road, and the Nissan driver was taken to Prisma Health Richland hospital, Tidwell said.
