Pedestrian succumbed to injuries after being struck by a vehicle on S.C. Highway 3 in Barnwell County, South Carolina

A pedestrian has died 10 days after being hit by a vehicle in Barnwell County. Around 9:17 p.m. Aug. 17, law enforcement responded to a collision between a 2017 Chevrolet Malibu and a pedestrian on S.C. Highway 3 at Pines Acres, which is 4 miles north of Barnwell, according to Lance Cpl. Brittany Glover with the South Carolina Highway Patrol.
