One dead, 6 injured including 31-year-old Sharrice Barnes in two-vehicle accident on State Road 3807 in Ridgeville, South Carolina

A 1998 Saturn four-door and a 2006 Chrysler minivan collided head-on, killing one and injuring six more. Five of the injured people are reported to be juveniles. The driver of the Saturn was not wearing a seatbelt and died at the scene. Sharrice Barnes was driving the Chrysler and was hospitalized, though it is not known how severe the injuries are. The five juveniles were riding in Chrysler with her and were also hospitalized.
