This was my dear friend Sheila who died in this accident by a 21 year old drunk driver whos license was suspended, has had 8 accidents 7 being her fault, 2 drug charges, multiple speeding tickets, and a previous DUI charge who crossed the center line, rode in Sheila's lane then hit her head on as my dear friend had already seen her coming and pulled off the road. She still hit her pushing her car over an embankment and killing her. Of course the driver had no injuries. I can't understand why our county and state allow repeat offenders to drive and allow them bond and a fine. My friend is dead and her killer is out on bond probably driving until a hearing. We need to do more to stop this! The bonds need to stop and the loss of life needs to be more valuable to our county and state. This is murder for God's sake and she is out like nothing happened, no remorse for the loss of life. Stronger laws and no bond for repeat offenders! How many people will she kill before she is put away? If she is put away? 8 accidents! She is a threat to our community and something has to be done, please help me and all the other victim's of drunk and repeat offenders by making them serve the time for the crime instead of being put back on the street to do it again.
