The South Carolina Highway Patrol said that a Peterbilt tractor-trailer was driving south on U.S. 25 and a 1998 Chevrolet sedan was heading south on U.S. 25. Troopers said that the car stopped at a traffic light and was hit in the rear by the tractor-trailer.
