Worker airlifted to burn center in Greenville after accident that caused downtown outage
Workers were operating the lift on Westfield Street at District West at about 4:30 p.m. when the arm of a lift they were operating touched nearby power lines, Greenville Police Sgt. Johnathan Bragg said in an email.

One worker jumped from the lift onto a nearby balcony, according to Bragg.
The other worker was rendered unconscious and remained on the lift, Bragg said.
