Megan L. Dodson, 30, is charged with driving left of center, according to troopers. Troopers said she hit a 2003 Mercedes-Benz coupe head-on.

The coroner identified the victim as 81-year-old Phay Phongsavath of Mitchell Road, Greenville. She died just before 1 a.m.
