The South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating a deadly wreck that happened 6:35 a.m. on SC Highway 414 near Burrell Road.

Tigerville Fire Department and SC Highway Patrol were on scene of the crash which happened around 6:40 Saturday morning.
The wreck happened at 6:35 a.m. Saturday on S.C. 414, when a teenage girl died in a single car accident Saturday morning in Greenville County. Samantha Milagros Rybikowsky, 17, of Holiday Road in Greer, died of blunt force trauma to the head. Rybikowsky was driving westbound in a Honda Civic when it left the road and hit a tree. Rybikowsky, who was wearing a seat belt, was pronounced deceased at the scene of the accident.
