Coroner identifies Upstate man killed in head on collision in Greenville Co.
Troopers say a 36-year-old pickup truck driver was traveling south on Augusta Road when they stopped at a median to turn left and was struck head on by a 26-year-old Chevy Camaro driver traveling north on Augusta.
