Jason Jenkins, 34, dies when his car is struck by a semi on U.S. 25 at Foot Hills Road in Travelers Rest, South Carolina

  According to the Greenville County Coroner, Jason Jenkins of Travelers Rest drove into the intersection onto U.S. 25 from Foot Hills Road and into the path of a tractor trailer just before 10 p.m. Tuesday. Jenkins' vehicle was pushed across the road and down an embankment on the other side of the road, and Jenkins was pronounced dead at the scene. He was not wearing a seat belt.
