Deadly wreck reported in Dillon County
One person died after an 18-wheeler struck a van in Dillon County Wednesday afternoon, according to Cpl. Sonny Collins. Peter Joseph Lowsky of Raleigh was identified as the victim Thursday, according to Dillon County Coroner Donnie Grimsley.
