Coroner IDs Hartsville woman killed in Wednesday morning crash
Around 7:50 a.m., troopers were sent to a deadly crash on Indian Branch Road near Teema Road after a vehicle overturned. The person killed was identified as 43-year-old Letitia Franklin, of Hartsville, according to Darlington County Coroner Todd Hardee.
