Darlington County Coroner J. Todd Hardee identified the victim as Corrie Bonds. She was walking on Interstate 95 in Darlington County when she was struck by both a 2000 Kenworth and a 2003 Toyota SUV near the 168 mile marker, said Lance Cpl. William Bennett with the South Carolina Highway Patrol.
