Harrington was a passenger in a 2010 ford driven by Jamie Leah Floyd, 23, of 1165 Carrot Lane, Turbeville, said Lance Cpl. Judd Jones, South Carolina Highway Patrol. Floyd has been charged with felony DUI resulting in death, according to Jones and the Florence County Detention Center's Web site.
