Steven Eugene Miller, 55, dies in single-vehicle accident at 45th Avenue South and South Highway 17 in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina

The accident occurred on 45th Avenue South and South Highway 17 , and was reported by the North Myrtle Beach department of Public Safety at about 2:24 p.m. The City of North Myrtle Beach officials said officers found a black Lexus struck a utility pole and the man was unresponsive at the scene and did not appear to be breathing; CPR was performed. According to Coroner Robert Edge, 55-year-old Steven Eugene Miller from Tega Cay near Fort Mill, South Carolina was pronounced dead at Grand Strand Hospital. A medical condition may have led to the accident, according to Patrick Dowling with North Myrtle Beach DPS.
