Two dead, one child seriously injured in vehicle crash south of Rapid City
The 31-year-old male driver of the Kia and the 30-year-old female front seat passenger were pronounced dead at the scene. A five-year-old boy in the backseat sustained life-threatening injuries and was airlifted to a Rapid City hospital. SDHP stated that both adults in the Kia were wearing seat belts, although the seat belt use of the five-year-old is under investigation.
